| Applications now available for the 2011 Competition! 2011 Schedule of Events Thursday, March 31, 2011: 9AM – 5:30PM 30 minute solo recitals performed by each of the twelve pianists Friday, April 1, 2011: 7:00PM The top 6 finalists perform movements from select string trios. Saturday, April 2, 2011: 7:30PM The top 3 finalists perform movements from select piano concerti with the Sioux City Symphony. At the conclusion of the concert, the winner of the $7,500 first prize will be announced. In 2000, she moved to the United States to attend the Curtis Institute of Music where she received her bachelors degree. She is now attending Juilliard in pursuit of her Masters.
